Memorial Regional Hospital, Main Auditorium
Third Wednesday of the month
5:30 – 7:30pm
SCC provides education, advocacy information, community resources and regularly features guest speakers. Monthly topics include: accessible recreation options, suitable programs, technology, and medical and research information. Refreshments are served, and family and friends are encouraged to join us.
Social Outings
(date, time and location to be determined at the regular monthly meeting)
SCC provides a monthly opportunity to socialize, meet new people, and learn about new hobbies and/or community activities outside of clinical settings. Social events include bowling, luncheons at various restaurants, attending sporting events, comedy clubs and IMAX movies, and visiting the Fort Lauderdale Museum of Art. All of our events are free of charge to participants.
